Webblyfy is committed to providing a digital experience that is usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities — in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Webblyfy believes that the web is for everyone. We are committed to designing, building, and operating digital products and services that respect the dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity of people with disabilities. We work to remove barriers and to make our website, our apps, and our client deliverables accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.
This Accessibility Policy applies to:
We design and develop to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11) under AODA. We aim to meet or exceed Level AA on all new pages, and to remediate existing content as we update it.
Concrete steps we take across our website and apps include:
prefers-reduced-motion for users who turn off animation in their OS settings. We design with the most common assistive technologies in mind, including:
If you use an assistive technology that you find isn't well-supported on our site or apps, we want to know. See Section 9 — Feedback.
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where we know about a limitation, we work to address it as part of our regular release cycles. Common areas we are actively improving include:
If a specific limitation is preventing you from accessing information or completing a task, please tell us and we will work with you on an alternative.
On request, we will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports for information we control, in a timely manner and at no cost beyond our regular charges. We will consult with the requester to determine the suitability of the format or support.
Examples of accessible formats we can provide include:
Requests can be sent to support@webblyfy.ca.
Webblyfy team members who build, design, write, or support client-facing digital products receive accessibility training appropriate to their role. Training covers the requirements of the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, the Ontario Human Rights Code as it pertains to people with disabilities, and practical techniques for designing and developing to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
When we choose vendors, libraries, hosting platforms, and AI providers, we consider accessibility as one of the selection criteria. We prefer tools and platforms that document conformance to WCAG, ARIA, and operating-system accessibility APIs. Where we integrate third-party content into our products, we work with the provider to address accessibility issues and offer accessible alternatives where reasonably possible.
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our website, apps, or services. We treat accessibility feedback the same way we treat security or safety feedback: as a priority.

We review this Accessibility Policy at least every three years, or sooner if changes to AODA, WCAG, or our operations make it necessary. The most current version is always posted on this page.
